Call is showing as "Not Answered" even though client says they were.
The client was reviewing metrics in CI and noticed that there were several calls that said "Not answered" when he knew they were. Below is an example.

Multiple Clients from CallRail showing up as one client
A client sent in that he has multiple clients hosted in their CallRail account, but Crystal Insights seems to be combining all the clients into one. This seems to be a bug.

Agency Bug Report and Agency Feature Request Require Refresh to Display
To see the page, I had to refresh. For example, when I first logged in, I clicked the agency feature request page, and it was blank. Upon refresh, everything loaded properly.
