Evaluate supporting multi-location views from GoHighLevel so agencies can see all locations in a single dashboard. The client wants to be able to see multiple locations under one dashboard without having to click through multiple dashboards. The client wants to be able to view combined data from multiple locations under one dashboard as a “sub-agency”. For example, like viewing all the combined data from Arby’s locations in Florida under one dashboard.

Integrate GoHighLevel so clients can view tags directly within their own HighLevel accounts. The client mentioned their boss seeing this capability elsewhere and prefers it to avoid their clients learning another platform. Do we want to open up the capability to export from Crystal Insights? Do we want to build a rest API into crystal insights? (Tony wants to do this) - Need to identify fields that fall into API (client wasn’t sure which fields yet) What would we want to export and why? - Export options - Highlevel Assigning AI attributes to existing leads in HighLevel and writing to tag field - Looker Studio When they open it they can see the data from Crystal Insights without needing training on a new software. They want to push key data (AI attributes) from Crystal Insights into Looker Studio Currently, they manually listen to leads, build a spreadsheet, and upload the data into Looker Studio. - Automated excel report Create a report of any of the key data they want and send it to preferred email.

Consider improvements to visual layout when there’s only one datapoint. Unsure on how to improve, but doesn’t feel balanced when comparing to other sources that have more than one datapoint. Consider adding Min, Median, Max, but they’d all be the same value.

Thought: Should we always have a Quote value if there’s a Sale value? For example, if someone calls and says, “Yes, I want to pay off the $80 that I owe you” should we show an $80 in the Quote column?

Switch “Tenant” to “Client” in communication details

Show the dates that correspond with “Last Period” so we can visually identify what dates we’re comparing. Unclear what “Last Period” means - even if we technically know that it’s the same number of days prior.

Enable the user to create custom metrics in Crystal Insights as well as customize the dashboard to be able to move data sets and charts.

Please integrate an ability to white-label the software for various agencies to use. This would remove all Crystal Insights branding and replace it with the agency's branding.

Create a lead quality report that uses the opposite of the "Qualified Lead" metric to determine which leads are qualified/not qualified from LSA.
