Improve Call Answering Number
Call Answer Rate is a huge value that customers look at. They shouldn't be dinged for calls that came through and hung up before a representative could speak with them. Remove Hang-Ups from the call answer rate value. If the IVR system "talked" with them, include that in the Call Answer Rate.

Integrate with common CRMs in the Green Industry, such as Jobber, SA, Aspire, RealGreen, LMN, etc to fully close the marketing loop. Push back Sales/Quote data from the CRM into Crystal Insights. Which CRMs would you like to see integrated? Comment below!

Push AI Feedback Into Google LSAs Feedback
Instead of having users review LSAs to move the leads into Completed, Archived status, review the quality of the lead in Crystal Insights and automatically move the lead to the desired status in LSA. This could also be used for credit requests for poor leads.
